Sunshine smoothie
You don’t know how to get a proper boost of vitamins in the morning? Then look no further, the Sunshine Smoothie is the perfect source of proteins, carbs and fibers to start the day fresh and feeling energized.
For this smoothie you will need the following ingredients:
2c fresh or frozen raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries
1 banana, sliced
½ c crushed ice
½ c orange juice
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth, pour into 2 glasses.
Servings: 2
Nutrition per serving: 146 cal, 3g protein,35g carbs, 10g fibers,1g fat
