Fruit kebabs with mango raspberry and mango dip
This is something fun and interesting to try. So many different fruits combined into fruit kebabs with mango raspberry, one healthy desert that will keep you smiling while preparing it, eating it and remembering it afterwards. A mix of fruits, nuts and some yogurt is a perfect combination to get your body going and leaves you feeling fresh and happy afterwards. Takes just 15 to 20 min to make it and can lead up to 4 of your friends smiling (that is…if you are in the mood to share…)
For this desert you will need the following ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and cut into chunks
½ c raspberries
¼ c 0% Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
1 ½ strawberries, halved if large
1 banana, cut into chunks
1 c cubed cantaloupe
1 c cubed pineapple
1 c cubed watermelon
½ c green or red grapes
½ c almonds
- Puree mango in blender. Add raspberries, yogurt and honey. Puree until blended. Pour into small bowl.
- Cover and chill while assembling kebabs.
- Thread strawberries, banana, cantaloupe, pineapple, watermelon and grapes into 8 wooden skewers. Serve 2 kebabs per person, with dip and almonds.
